The City of Allison, the county seat of Butler County, is a community of around 1000 people located at the intersection of Highways 3 and 14. A pool, airport, 40 acre park, and a beautiful library provide culture and recreation for those living in the area. There are also four churches in the city.

The city's Industrial Park is is growing and currently contains two paint coating facilities and a D.O.T. maintenance building. The city has a medical clinic and a dentist office along with a volunteer ambulance and fire department for emergency services and health needs. The city welcomes visitors and would like to invite anyone interested to check out the links provided on this site!
